about Reluctantbat

p1020315.jpgReluctantbat has been a market gardener, an operative in a meditation cushion factory, a ski lift operator, and a newspaper editor. The common element? Each took place mainly during the daytime.

Obliged to take whatever work is available, Reluctantbat chooses to look at working at night and sleeping during the day as an opportunity for research. It turns out 20 percent of the American workforce is on the night shift, active, like bats or vampires, after dark, and retiring to their caves/coffins/houses when others are waking. Night Shift is part of Reluctantbat’s strategy to retain sanity.
